Car Slams into Hair Salon in La Palma

LOCATION: Near the intersection of La Palma Ave. & Valley View St.

1. Just before 1 PM, units from the La Palma Police Department and Orange County Fire Authority were dispatched to a traffic collision near the intersection of La Palma Avenue and Valley View Street in La Palma.
2. Arriving units found a vehicle that had breeched the facade of a building and heavily damaged two businesses, a hair salon and a spa.
3. The spa was closed at the time, but the hair salon was open for business.
4. Fortunately, no injuries were reported by the occupants of the business and the vehicle.
5. City inspectors are en route to determine the severity of the damage.
6. The crash is under investigation by the LPPD.
