At least three vehicles, including a bus transporting inmates and a working Caltrans vehicle, were involved in a crash on Interstate 5 on Monday morning.
The California Highway Patrol was dispatched to a traffic collision at 11:21 a.m. on the southbound lanes of the I-5 at Rye Canyon, according to Carlos Burgos-Lopez, a spokesman for the CHP Newhall office.
