A 21-year-old Bellflower man was arrested early Tuesday morning after Pasadena police officers allegedly discovered a loaded, stolen handgun during a traffic stop, according to Pasadena Police Lieutenant Monica Cuellar.
Cuellar said the stop occurred at 1:38 a.m. on December 16 near East Maple Street and North Fair Oaks Avenue, where an officer pulled over a vehicle reportedly driving without headlights.
