Man still sought more than a month after Santa Ana road rage incident

A man is still being sought by authorities after a road rage vandalism incident that took place in Santa Ana last month.

According to the Santa Ana Police Department, the unidentified victim was driving near 1st Street and Broadway on Nov. 13 when he observed a vehicle, described by SAPD as a “newer model” Tesla sedan, maneuvering erratically and swerving between lanes.

The confrontation turned violent at a red light when the Tesla driver exited his vehicle, approached the victim’s driver’s side window and became verbally aggressive. He also tried to grab the victim’s windshield wiper, and as the victim began driving forward to get away, the suspect kicked his driver’s side door multiple times, police said.

The suspect then got back into his Tesla and fled the area, SAPD stated.

He is described by police as a Black man who stands approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall and was last seen wearing a gray Philadelphia Eagles hoodie and gray sweatpants…
