Los Angeles County officials released an interactive map of evacuation warnings as the region braces for a storm that is expected to slam Southern California with heavy rain.
The heavy rain has the potential to cause flash flooding and trigger debris flows, especially near wildfire burn scars. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect from 4 p.m. Tuesday through 10 p.m. Thursday for much of the region.
