Tornado warning canceled for Los Angeles County

A tornado warning covering parts of east-central Los Angeles County was issued and then canceled shortly thereafter. However, a severe thunderstorm warning remained in effect in Pasadena, Altadena and surrounding areas until 10:45 a.m. for damaging wind gusts of 60 mph.
