A man who traveled to Southern California to pick up an adopted dog from a shelter said he was angry and confused when he was told that not only could he not adopt the dog, but that the canine was actually scheduled to be euthanized.
A man who goes by the nickname “Doge Van” said he travels the country rescuing dogs in need and documents his travels on his X page to his more than 18,000 followers.
