Community Rallies Against ICE Violence in Fullerton

Approximately 400 people gathered at Fullerton City Hall on January 9 for a community rally aimed at protesting the recent killing by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Minneapolis, as well as the increasing incidents of ICE abductions in Orange County. The event, organized for individuals of faith and conscience, served as a platform for those wishing to stand against these actions.

Participants voiced their demands for an immediate end to ICE operations in Orange County, sought justice for victims of ICE actions, and called for a nationwide halt to deportations. Attendees expressed solidarity with law-abiding immigrants who are integral to the community, families, and friendships.

Singer Nina Fernandez graced the crowd with an uplifting song. Council Member Dr. Shana Charles read the words of Becca Good last night at the protest against ICE and vigil for her wife, Renee Nicole Good, who ICE killed on January 7, 2026.
