Pacific Pearl Café, led by seasoned chef Michael Campbell, is expanding its footprint with a second location in Costa Mesa. According to the OC Register, the concept will open soon at The MET complex, 575 Anton Blvd.
The café will offer the same elevated, fresh, and globally inspired offerings that have made its San Juan Capistrano flagship a local favorite. Its curated menu includes favorites like Local Yellowtail Tuna Melt, Winner’s Club Croissant, Avocado Toast, Bacon Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sando, and Royale with Cheese Egg Bites.
