A woman and her unborn child were killed in a fatal crash allegedly caused by another driver who had been under the influence.

The Anaheim Police Department announced via press release that a man was arrested in connection to a collision that occurred at the intersection of North Anaheim Boulevard and the SR-91 freeway at around 12:10 a.m. local time on Sunday, Jan. 25.

The pregnant woman was a passenger in a “light-colored Toyota four-door sedan” and was “trapped inside” the vehicle after the accident. Despite life saving measures, she was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said…
