Lockdown lifted at Yorba Linda High School after campus threat

Students at Yorba Linda High School were forced to shelter in place Wednesday morning as deputies investigated a threat made to the school, authorities said.

According to a spokesperson for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, administrators at the school received a phone call that contained a threat.

A teacher who spoke with Eyewitness News said the call came in around 9 a.m. and the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District described it as “an inappropriate message.”…
