Investigators with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Unit Saturday are asking for the public’s help locating an at-risk 19-year-old missing man who authorities say suffers from a mental health condition and was last seen in the San Gabriel Valley community of Valinda.
Javier Alonso Ochoa was last seen Friday at approximately 4:15 p.m. on the 500 block of Richburn Avenue, between Avery and Balham avenues, the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.
Ochoa is Latino, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 200 pounds, has black hair, brown eyes and a tattoo of “Ochoa” on his right arm. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black sweatpants and black shoes…
