FBI agents, police officers and a hazmat team surrounded a home in Irvine Wednesday night after “suspicious” materials were discovered.
The investigation began on Feb. 23 after a landlord called Irvine police to report a “suspicious circumstance” at a home they owned in the gated Altair community near Cartwheel and Iluna.
