Top of the V, the rooftop restaurant perched on the 12th floor of The Viv Hotel in Anaheim, is back in action after a short January shutdown, returning with a fresh Spanish-inspired steakhouse concept. The reboot shifts the kitchen from primarily tapas to a meat-focused lineup while hanging on to shareable plates and tableside flourishes. With updated interiors and expanded outdoor seating, the space leans harder into the skyline and fireworks views that helped turn it into a go-to for both locals and hotel guests.

The property, which previously operated as the Radisson Blu Anaheim and is now part of the Tribute Portfolio, has repositioned the rooftop as a draw for group buyouts and private events, the hotel notes.

The refreshed lineup pairs big-ticket steaks with classic Spanish small plates, including jamón ibérico, croquetas, Basque cheesecake, and a paella negra built on squid-ink rice with octopus and shrimp. Martinez told the Los Angeles Times that the overhaul preserves the restaurant’s “Spanish soul” even as the kitchen leans into steakhouse cuts and more theatrical service.
Why it matters
