Anaheim approves Anaheim Hills Festival apartment project

ANAHEIM, Calif. (March 3, 2026) — An extensively considered and highly debated proposal for apartments at Anaheim Hills Festival shopping center was approved Tuesday night by Anaheim’s City Council.

The Council voted 4-3 in favor of the proposal for a four-story building with 447 apartments at the western end of the Anaheim Hills Festival shopping center, where the Regal Edwards Anaheim Hills movie theaters closed in 2022.
