Teacher who was at the center of a tense 12-hour standoff at Olive Middle School in Baldwin Park last year has filed a lawsuit against multiple entities.
In court records obtained by Baldwin Park News, longtime public school teacher Veronica Madere filed the lawsuit on March 6, 2026, in a Los Angeles County Superior Court.
