A wrong-way driver suspected of DUI was rammed and stopped by a California Highway Patrol officer in Orange County early Sunday morning.
The CHP Westminster station started getting calls shortly after 2 a.m. about a Chevrolet Malibu heading the wrong way on the 91 and 5 freeways.
