One person is dead and another hospitalized after a raging house fire in Orange County Tuesday evening.
Officials with the Orange County Fire Authority confirmed to KTLA that firefighters responded to reports of the blaze at 6200 Apache Road in Westminster around 7:20 p.m.
Arriving crews found a two-story home engulfed in flames and launched an immediate attack on the fire and a simultaneous search of the residence.

Two victims were found inside, one who was reportedly deceased and another who was rushed to a nearby hospital. The second victim’s condition was not immediately available.
In footage posted to the Citizen app by motorists on the nearby 22 Freeway, thick black smoke could be seen coming from the home, while heavy flames were visible as drivers passed the location.
