A major construction project will close several lanes of a major Southern California freeway this weekend, just as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival gets underway in Indio.
Traffic to the Coachella Valley is already one of the major pain points of the festival, but this weekend, drivers heading to Indio from Los Angeles and Orange counties overnight will run into a major construction project in the Diamond Bar area on Highway 60.
