Authorities Friday asked the public to be on the lookout for an at-risk 19-year-old woman missing from the Whittier area.
Luna Catherine Navarrete was last seen at 11 a.m. Thursday in the 3600 block of Workman Mill Road in an unincorporated area near Whittier, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Navarrete, who goes by “Kitty” is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 100 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She was wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans when last seen…
