Man pleads guilty to all charges in deadly law enforcement recruit crash

The man accused of ramming his car into a group of law enforcement recruits in Whittier has pleaded guilty to all charges.

Nicholas Gutierrez appeared in court on Monday where a judge ordered an 8-year suspended sentence plus five years of probation. He was charged with vehicular manslaughter and reckless driving.
