Happiest reunion for pint sized pup after missing for months

Many miles from her home, a pint-sized pup went missing from her family more than two months ago. Her owners had refused to give up and had been using every social media connection and campaign available to them to find their beloved pup, Smokey.

Sadly, the family had been losing hope. There had not been any sightings. Had she been stolen? Had she been killed crossing the highway?

And then the unexpected happened. On April 15, 2026, Suzette Hall, founder of the nonprofit animal rescue, Logan’s Legacy 29 and one of her volunteers had been asked to rescue a stray dog in the area of Santa Fe Springs. The dog was lost, but not alone…
