Monroe
Monroe has been at OC Animal Care for about a week after coming in as a stray. Staff notations say he’s a calm and mellow senior dog who enjoys exploring his surroundings, eating treats and receiving attention.
The 8-year-old French bulldog is currently available for adoption, and he’s also eligible for the shelter’s April adoption promotion, which is waiving adoption fees for all dogs 25 pounds and over.
