A Huntington Beach man is speaking out after he says he was attacked by a group of high school-aged kids on e-bikes while he and his wife were riding along the boardwalk over the weekend.
Officials with the Huntington Beach Police Department confirmed to KTLA that a report was taken in the incident, which occurred around 8 p.m. May 9 in the area of 103 Pacific Coast Highway.
According to the alleged victim, a business owner who moved to the beachside city three years ago, he and his wife were riding home when he noticed a gathering of a few hundred teens on e-bikes hanging out on the beach, the boardwalk and a grassy area nearby…
