Anchorage police officer pleads not guilty to DUI charge; pretrial conference set

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – An Anchorage police officer charged with driving under the influence entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment Friday.

Charles Bowser, 41, a patrol officer with the Anchorage Police since 2014, was not in court. His attorney, Amanda Lancaster, appeared on his behalf.
