A new option for air travel took off in Kenai this week as Fox Air celebrated the grand opening of its operations at the Kenai Municipal Airport on Monday, June 29.
The event welcomed community members to meet the Fox Air crew, enjoy food and refreshments, and learn more about the airline’s new service connecting Kenai and Anchorage.
Fox Air representative Brandy Goracke said the airline is currently operating a nine-seat Caravan on the route, offering passengers a comfortable, convenient way to travel.
The airline is offering multiple flights between Kenai and Anchorage, with the current schedule including early morning and afternoon departures. Goracke said the airline is looking at adjusting flight times based on passenger demand. “We posted a poll to see what times people want to fly on our Facebook page,” he said…
