A man from Anchorage is facing charges after Alaska State Troopers say two young children were left unattended at Kasilof Beach while he was intoxicated.
Troopers say they were called around 10 p.m. Saturday night after a toddler was found walking alone on the beach near the south entrance of Kasilof Beach.
When they arrived, they found the child safe with several Good Samaritans who had stepped in to help…
