ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Newly released data obtained by a public records request with the Anchorage Fire Department highlights a stubborn opioid crisis on the streets of Alaska’s largest city, but first responders say a new frontline intervention program is beginning to break the “revolving door” cycle of overdose and rescue.
