Bootin’, scootin’, and paratroopin’: JBER soldiers train before sunrise for upcoming competitions

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Soldiers at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson start their day with physical training at Geronimo Gym, the headquarters for the base’s Holistic Health and Fitness program, known as H2F.

H2F Program Director Eric Middleton described the gym as the Army’s human performance optimization program for the brigade.
