FAIRBANKS, Alaska (KTVF) – A soldier from Ft. Wainwright was found dead in a Palmer hotel late Sunday evening, according to the Palmer Police Department. A press release from the 11th Airborne Division said Spc. Evan Stuart Huettl, a 28-year-old from Anchorage, was found dead in a hotel room at the Eagle Hotel in Palmer on Jan. 21.
