ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The recent cold winter weather in Anchorage is expected to continue, and the Municipality of Anchorage is taking action to help protect the city’s homeless “in danger of serious harm and even death” from the cold by issuing a public health and safety emergency.
