ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The deadline to file for mayor, Assembly and Anchorage School Board is closed as of 5 p.m. Friday. Mayor Dave Bronson, the incumbent, will have nine challengers on the ballot in April. Those include former Anchorage Assembly Chair Suzanne LaFrance, former Anchorage Economic Development Corporation head Bill Popp and former Alaska House Majority Leader Chris Tuck.
