Anchorage Assembly seeks 2-year extension on Eklutna Lake fish and wildlife plan process

The Anchorage Assembly wants to pause and reset the years-long process that will determine how the water in Eklutna Lake is managed for the next 35 years. The Assembly passed a resolution on Friday asking for a two-year extension, and laying out several objections to the draft plan the Eklutna Hydropower Project owners are backing.
