Wasilla man acquitted of sex assault charges from 2019 incident

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A Wasilla man who was charged as a teenager in 2019 with sex assault and harassment charges was acquitted last month. In a case pitting the state against Kaiden Jimenez, the Third Judicial District in Palmer found Jimenez not guilty on Jan. 26 of first-degree attempted sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, and third-degree assault, as well as two first-degree harassment charges that were lesser offenses to the sexual assault charges.
