ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – An Anchorage man with ties to alleged Arkansas crimes was arrested by law enforcement on Thursday in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. Troopers say the arrest of 37-year-old Latrael Hackathron – who had an extraditable warrant out for his arrest – came after a vehicle pursuit and foot chase near Colony High School in Palmer.
