JUNEAU, Alaska (KTUU) – In a nearly unanimous vote, House lawmakers passed their version of the state’s capital budget, which funds maintenance and infrastructure projects across the state. The size of the capital budgets will have a say on the size of the Permanent Fund dividend Alaskans will receive.
