Girdwood Fire & Rescue responded to a semi-truck that had gone into Turnagain Arm on Tuesday, September 3rd, at 10:22 p.m. Girdwood crews arrived at Milepost 83.5 of the Seward Highway to find a semi in Turnagan Arm with the driver in the cab in an area of the highway where the guardrail had been removed due to highway construction.
