ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – For first-time mom Alexis Knapman, her 11-month-old baby girl Olivia is her entire world. “She is just the light of my world,” Knapman said. For Knapman and her husband, finding a safe daycare for their daughter to attend was a big priority for the family. But right from the start, she said, they struggled to find somewhere for her daughter to attend.
