ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A woman is dead after she was hit by a car while walking along the Seward Highway Monday morning, according to the Anchorage Police Department. Police say officers responded to the area near milepost 108.5, near the Rainbow Trailhead, just after 6 a.m. to reports of a car hitting a pedestrian.
