Going behind the lines of Monday’s police lockdown in Muldoon

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – One day after three people were shot, including a police officer; four schools were moved into “stay-put” mode; and multiple street closures were implemented in Muldoon, the Anchorage Police Department chief and a SWAT commander gave insight into their perspectives on the lockdown and standoff that took place Monday.
