ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Emma Hill says it’s happened three times in the last 10 months. Someone, she says, has fired a gun at the small rental house she owns at East 13th Avenue and Medfra Street. She’s convinced the house is being targeted with what she believes is an intent to kill.
