EKLUTNA, Alaska (KTUU) – In making a final Eklutna Dam decision that supporters hope will include year-round fish habitats – especially salmon that used to spawn in the Eklutna River – Gov. Mike Dunleavy largely sided with an Eklutna Hydroelectric Project owners’ proposal Wednesday, saying in part that he intended to restore water flows year-round to most of the Eklutna River.
