ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A strong low is building into the Gulf of Alaska this morning, with several areas from the Aleutians, Southcentral and Southeast poised to see high winds. Numerous weather alerts are in effect across the state, as the impacts of this storm will be felt as far north as the Slope.
