ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The Anchorage Police Department said Wednesday they will postpone releasing the body-worn camera footage from the Sept. 29 officer-involved shooting that killed 24-year-old James Afuvai in a Mountain View neighborhood. The Office of Special Prosecutions (OSP) requested delaying the release until the criminal review is complete.
