Born and raised in Anchorage, of Yup’ik and Irish descent, Morales earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Alaska Pacific University. During her twenty-seven years at Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Morales oversaw programs and initiatives aimed at improving the lives of Alaska Native families, with a strong focus on community-driven solutions. Morales’ expertise spans both operational management and strategic planning, as well as cross-functional team leadership.
Morales is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in tribal administration, grant management, and organizational leadership.
