Anchorage town hall was well attended, aside from elected officials

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – The 907 Initiative estimated that over 600 people attended a town hall at Anchorage’s Loussac Library last week, but Sen. Dan Sullivan and Rep. Nick Begich did not appear despite a direct request.

The 907 Initiative, which describes itself as an “Alaska-based government watchdog organization‚” recently hosted a town hall. In its written communications the organization described their goal as “demanding answers from Sullivan and Begich” with a town hall meeting.
