The Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race is facing a financial challenge, and organizers say they need your help to keep this iconic event alive.
According to race officials, this year’s Winter Raffle is moving much slower than expected—putting next year’s race in jeopardy. As of Monday night, more than 3,000 tickets remain unsold, leaving the organization nearly $300,000 short of its fundraising goal.
