A German-immersion charter school in Anchorage is getting a new home. Rilke Schule has officially decided to move into the former Abbott Loop Elementary building.
The move comes after the Anchorage School Board offered the space to Rilke Schule, following the school’s concerns about rising rent costs. Leaders say the transition will provide more financial stability and flexibility—especially when it comes to staffing.
