EAGLE RIVER, Alaska (KTUU) — Very rarely does nature present the circle of life in our very own front lawns.
Monday night, Daniel and Samantha Hansen shared their story of witnessing just that through the window of their Eagle River home.
According to Daniel, his wife Samantha was home with her father-in-law when she looked out the window and saw a moose and her calf feet away on the other side of the glass. Hansen said that the moose and her calf spent the day sitting outside their window grazing and resting until something spooked them later in the afternoon and were chased away…
