ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – A small cast of Alaskan actors are taking a story of religious persecution, and tragic loss, to a new audience. Fresh off performances in Vancouver, the cast is preparing to take the stage in Seattle.
“When the Moment Comes” asks the audience what they would do if confronted with life-threatening challenges to their beliefs.
“As soon as I read it, I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, here’s a play that I can do,’” said lead actor and producer Nava Sarracino. “And so, it’s kind of the first professionally produced play I did, but my heart was behind it and then a lot of doors opened and it’s been a beautiful journey.”…
